Up Next: The Mystery of Edwin Drood at The Goodspeed Opera House
You’re invited to solve a crime in the crafty and cunning musical comedy whodunit filled with murder, motives and melody. I'm delighted to be part of the music team for this production, which features an all-new orchestration by Chris Jahnke. Starring Mamie Parris and Jetta Jurianz, this crowd-pleasing caper will kick off Goodspeed's season with a bang (or perhaps a spot of poison!).
Up Next: 54 Sings Boygenius
Join us in a tribute act to indie darling supergroup boygenius! Consisting of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus, these three women have made great strides for the indie genre. Come join us as NYC theater makers perform their renditions of both their work as a group and their solo projects! Bring tissues – you might be “Not Strong Enough” to hear these gorgeous voices with a dry eye!
Specialization in Copywork and Arranging
In my time as a freelancer and on staff at Goodspeed Musicals, I have collaborated with some of the industry's best and honed my skills to produce high-quality work on a fast-paced schedule. My sheet music is always crafted with a balance between the ideals of expressing artistic vision and providing accessibility and ease of use.
"Easy" is a show-stopper from the world premiere of the instant classic Anne of Green Gables.
Diverse Orchestration Experience
By nature of the industry, I find myself tackling new challenges constantly. I have created custom charts for musicals and dramas, chamber groups, rock and pop ensembles, choirs, and a capella groups. Each new style or format focuses my expertise to offer composers and other artists a more authentic realization of their vision.
Pictured here is an example of a reduction, though I often reduce further, commonly to 8 chairs or even piano solo.
